PE-Labeled Human HLA-A*02:01&B2M&AFP (FMNKFIYEI) Tetramer Protein is assembled by biotinylated monomer (HLA-H82E3) and PE-labeled streptavidin.
Biotinylated Human HLA-A*02:01&B2M&AFP (FMNKFIYEI) Complex Protein is produced by co-expression of HLA and B2M loaded with AFP peptide. Biotinylated Human HLA-A*02:01&B2M&AFP (FMNKFIYEI) Complex Protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™).

背景（Background）
Alpha-fetoprotein is found in monomeric as well as dimeric and trimeric forms and binds copper, nickel, fatty acids, and bilirubin. The level of alpha-fetoprotein in amniotic fluid is used to measure renal loss of protein to screen for spina bifida and anencephaly. The Human HLA-A*0201 AFP (FMNKFIYEI) complex protein is a complex of HLA-A*0201 of the MHC Class I, B2M, and FMNKFIYEI peptide of the AFP.
