描述(Description)
The ISRE (Luc) HEK293 Reporter Cell was engineered to express IFN-stimulated response elements (ISRE) driving luciferase expressing systems. When stimulated with human Type I interferons (IFNs), receptor-mediated signaling can drive IFN-stimulated gene factor 3 (ISGF3)-mediated luminescence.

Signaling Bioassay
Response to human IFN-alpha 2b protein (RLU).
The ISRE (Luc) HEK293 Reporter Cell was stimulated with serial dilutions of human IFN-alpha 2b protein (Cat. No. IFB-H5253). The EC50 was approximately 0.026 μg/mL.
Protocol
Response to human IFN-alpha 2b protein (FOLD).
The ISRE (Luc) HEK293 Reporter Cell was stimulated with serial dilutions of human IFN-alpha 2b protein (Cat. No. IFB-H5253). The max induction fold was approximately 89.

背景(Background)
ISRE is a marker of interferon stimulated genes (ISGs), which mainly include enzymes that can inhibit virus replication. Type I (such as IFN α and IFN β) and type III interferon (such as IFN-λ) can activate STAT1 and STAT2, and the activated STAT1, STAT2, and IRF9 form a protein complex called ISGF3. The ISGF3 protein complex binds to the promoter containing the ISRE element (interferon-stimulated response element) and activates the expression of related genes.
