蛋白结构(Molecular Characterization)
PE-Labeled Human CD1d&B2M Tetramer Protein is assembled by biotinylated monomer (CDM-H82E9) and PE-labeled streptavidin.
Biotinylated Human CD1d&B2M Monomer Protein is produced by co-expression of CD1d and B2M. This Protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™).

背景(Background)
CD1d is a membrane protein non-covalently bonded to β2-microglobulin (β2m) and shows high homology between human and mice. CD1d can present α-galactosylceramide (α-GalCer), a glycolipid extracted and isolated from the marine sponge, and this complex can activate human and murine CD1d restricted NKT cells.
